About Us

Max is a Co-Founder of Limitless Finance and brings over 17 years of experience in Private Equity to the business. His background in financial services led him to recognise a gap in the mortgage market for clients with less conventional income structures such as RSUs, bonuses, or self-employed earnings.

Together with Co-Founder Melvin, Max has been a strong advocate for getting RSU income recognised in mortgage assessments. In recent years, they’ve made significant progress, working with major high street lenders to expand criteria and improve outcomes for clients who don't fit the standard mould.

While Max acknowledges there’s a place for high-volume, factory-style brokerages, Limitless was built to offer something different. He and the team focus on clients with more complex financial situations, providing a thoughtful, tailored service that values quality over quantity.

As a Case Manager at Limitless, Nimrita supports the mortgage process by reviewing documents, responding to emails, following up with solicitors, and liaising with banks to keep everything moving. Her role is varied and fast-paced and exactly what she enjoys.

She appreciates that no two days are the same and values being part of a collaborative, supportive team. There’s always something to do, and that’s how she likes it.

Nimrita is motivated by personal growth and enjoys learning new things that help her develop both professionally and personally.

Outside of work, she spends her time baking, travelling, and capturing life’s moments through photography.

Tayla supports clients and advisors through the mortgage process. Her role includes managing documents, liaising with clients and solicitors, and assisting with applications to help everything run smoothly behind the scenes.

She enjoys being part of a supportive team and finds it rewarding to take some of the stress out of what can be an overwhelming time for clients. Knowing she’s helping make the process easier is what motivates her most.

Outside of work, Tayla enjoys going to the gym, paddle boarding, and exploring new places with her American Akita. She also loves spending time with her family and being a positive role model for her younger sister.

Nico is a Mortgage Consultant at Limitless Finance. He began his career with the team in 2021 as a Case Manager before moving into an advisory role, giving him a strong understanding of both the technical and personal sides of the mortgage process.

This progression has shaped Nico’s approach: practical, efficient, and focused on keeping clients informed at every step. His background means he’s well-placed to anticipate potential issues and keep things on track, ensuring a smooth experience from application to offer.

Outside of work, Nico enjoys film, food, and exercise.

He grew up in Spain and speaks fluent Spanish, which often comes in handy both professionally and socially.

Niamh is a dedicated Case Manager at Limitless, known for her care, efficiency, and strong attention to detail. She manages the full lifecycle of client applications, ensuring documents are complete, submitting cases, and liaising with solicitors and estate agents to keep everything moving smoothly.

Before joining the team, Niamh worked in the food industry as both a chef and waitress. Inspired by her family’s background in financial services, she made the move into the sector and has thrived in Limitless’s fast-paced, supportive environment. She takes real pride in helping clients through each stage of their journey and ensuring they feel supported along the way.

Outside of work, Niamh is a devoted mum and partner. Her family is her biggest motivation, giving her the drive and confidence to succeed. In her spare time, she enjoys discovering new restaurants with her best friend, spending quality time at the park with her son, and visiting family whenever she can.

Laurie is an experienced Mortgage Advisor with a strong track record of helping clients navigate the mortgage process with clarity and confidence. In his day-to-day role, he supports clients by assessing their needs, sourcing suitable mortgage products, and guiding them through every stage of their home-buying journey.

With five years in the industry, Laurie combines in-depth product knowledge with a calm, approachable manner that helps clients feel informed and at ease. Before moving into financial services, he gained valuable experience in customer service and problem-solving through roles in the automotive and hospitality sectors, building on skills that continue to shape his client-first approach. His ability to explain complex information clearly and build lasting relationships makes him a trusted advisor for anyone looking to secure a mortgage.

Outside of work, Laurie is a dedicated father of three, a passionate musician, and a committed football coach. Whether he’s playing guitar or leading a team on the pitch, his love of leadership and teamwork is at the heart of everything he does.

Grace is a Mortgage Advisor at Limitless Finance and has been supporting clients through the home-buying process since 2023. With a genuine passion for property, she takes pride in helping people navigate one of life’s major milestones with clarity and confidence.

In her day-to-day work, Grace helps clients find the right mortgage options, breaks down complex information, and offers steady support from the first conversation to the final offer. Known for her friendly, approachable nature, she combines strong attention to detail with a sincere commitment to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She’s a true people person who builds trust easily and is always willing to go the extra mile.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys countryside walks, spending time with friends, and going to live music events. She’s also a dedicated film fan. The Lion King’s Mufasa is a personal favourite.

Greg is a Case Manager at Limitless Finance with a solid background in accounting and a keen eye for detail. In his day-to-day role, he ensures that all documents are accurate, well-organised, and ready for submission, helping keep the mortgage process smooth and straightforward for both clients and advisors.

Known for his methodical approach and problem-solving mindset, Greg plays an essential role in supporting the team behind the scenes. His strength with numbers and systems makes him a natural fit for the role, and he takes pride in bringing clarity and consistency to every part of the process.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys a different kind of challenge, whether it’s climbing mountains, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or embracing his next adventure. He’s always on the lookout for opportunities to push himself and learn something new.

Nathan is a Mortgage and Protection Consultant with over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. He’s known for providing straightforward, reliable advice and for his long-term commitment to helping clients navigate the homebuying process with confidence.

He works with a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers and experienced investors to those looking to remortgage, offering tailored guidance that’s grounded in a clear understanding of their individual goals and circumstances. Nathan believes in making the mortgage process as transparent and stress-free as possible, ensuring clients feel informed and supported at every stage.

Outside of work, Nathan leads a balanced and active lifestyle. He’s a dedicated kickboxer who competes nationally and internationally, bringing the same focus and discipline from his training into his professional life. When he’s not in the gym or training for his next 5K, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, whether that’s over a good meal, exploring the outdoors, or simply catching up.

Mel has been working in property and financial services since 2002. He started his career with a national conveyancing firm before moving into mortgage advice in 2010, quickly rising through the ranks and earning regional awards for service excellence.

With broad experience across property services, Mel built a reputation as a specialist mortgage consultant known for high standards and personalised support. Throughout his career, he has also mentored other mortgage brokers, helping them develop their skills and service levels. He later managed a team of 16 specialist advisors before co-founding Limitless Finance with Max in 2018.

Together, they focus on delivering a personal, approachable service without the typical high costs. Mel is also a strong advocate for clients receiving RSU income, regularly engaging with lenders to ensure fair mortgage access for this group.

Mel enjoys the outdoors and regularly supports others in achieving their fitness goals. He most values quality time with family and friends.

Bobbi has a solid background in financial services. After earning a degree in Criminology from Southampton University, she qualified as a mortgage adviser and later took on a compliance supervisor role at one of the UK’s largest estate agencies.

Her experience means clients can feel confident they’re well supported throughout the entire mortgage process—from application to completion.

Outside of work, Bobbi is a mother of two energetic boys. She enjoys exploring new places, running, cycling, and occasionally wild swimming.

One piece of advice she lives by is that fear is simply a challenge yet to be overcome.

Kim has worked in financial services for 19 years, beginning with a Saturday job in insurance before spending 12 years in the PPI sector. After taking some time out to travel and reassess her career, she transitioned into mortgage consultancy, inspired by a conversation with her own mortgage broker.

Kim enjoys helping clients navigate the mortgage process with clarity and confidence. Outside of work, she likes to travel whenever possible and values time spent with friends and family. 

Her favourite TV series is The Walking Dead, and she’s a fan of Django Unchained and Kill Bill: Vol 1.

Stacey brings over 15 years of experience in the mortgage broking sector, with a career that has seen her excel in a variety of roles—from administrative support to leading client services departments within both mortgage and protection businesses. Her comprehensive understanding of the industry ensures that every client benefits from a seamless, stress-free journey from initial enquiry right through to completion.

Known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Stacey has built strong, trusted relationships with both lenders and conveyancers. Her reputation for high-quality service and her dedication to getting things done efficiently make her an invaluable part of the team, and she has a reassuring presence for clients every step of the way.

Outside of work, Stacey enjoys the simple pleasures in life: walks with her dog Toby (hopefully including a pub lunch), relaxing with a good book and spending time with her family.
